Specializes in: Adjustment, Grief, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Military, Substance use, HIV/AIDS

I enjoy working with late adolescence and adults. I have experience working primarily with adjustments, life transitions, trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, HIV/AIDs, grief, gender identity. I have worked with individuals who have been incarcerated, members of the military, family members of military members, and others outside of those groups.

I tend to pull from person-centered, gestalt, and mindful therapeutic approaches. Culture is a huge factor in who we are as human beings. Concerns and perspectives can come about from biological, psychological, and societal experiences and all three are important! Each individual is different which allows me to offer different support to each client.

I invite clients to reach out for a safe, warm space to be able to fully express themselves. The journey with mental health is integrated with physical health, emotional regulation, identity, and our interpersonal relationships. I aim to provide the space to allow the journey to be explored
