“I want to enrich people’s lives with the tools to be the best person they can be and empower them with the skills to reach their peak performance.”
As a licensed psychologist in both Washington, DC and Virginia, I provide a continuity of care through comprehensive life skills and performance training and mental health counseling. I have a desire to empower individuals to improve every area of their life. My experience includes working with clients who have been diagnosed with mental health disorders, substance abuse issues and trauma disorders in addition to providing psychoeducational life skills sessions, mental skills and performance training. I care about the individual and take their success personally, wanting everyone to be the best “you” they can be. I want to enrich people’s lives with the tools to be the best person they can be and empower them with the skills to reach their peak performance. I have a special affinity for helping people and feel a sense of duty to help them be successful. I provide clients with activities, tools, and resources to address mental health issues and to simply be a better you. We all have areas that we can improve upon. I believe that if your mind is in a good place, it will have a positive impact on your life as well as your performance.
