Audrey provides services for children, individuals, couples, and families. She aims to offer her clients a safe, empathic, and non-judgmental space to explore thoughts, behaviors, and emotions with the goal of developing more effective coping and problem-solving skills to promote more satisfying intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships.

Her approach as a person-centered counselor is to meet each client and their unique needs exactly where they are upon beginning counseling. She utilizes techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and family systems theory to approach clients in a holistic manner. She has clinical experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, bipolar, relational issues, trauma, sexual health, OCD, life/occupational stressors and transitions, sexuality/identity, grief, athletes, and families of military.

Audrey completed her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marymount University and is working towards her licensure as an LPC. Prior to her master’s she studied psychology and public health at American University. Her hope is to provide a comfortable therapeutic environment for clients of all backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs. She believes that mental health is a critical component to our overall health and must be nurtured and prioritized to enable us to live as the best versions of ourselves.
