Holly utilizes an integrated holistic approach to healing, combining therapeutic modalities with a mind-body focus and a particular attention to lifestyle habits that impact mood, cognition, well-being stress, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, health concerns & other factors. She is trained in Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), Guided Imagery, Mindfulness Based Stress-Reduction, and Essential Oils. Holly is compassionate with a good sense of humor and is interested in proven complimentary modalities which can improve mood and reduce anxiety.

Holly is a mom of a special needs adopted daughter, and most of her work has been for health & mental health providers interested in the mind-body connection to health and illness. She is knowledgeable in specific health concerns including neurology, oncology, developmental disorders, aging related illnesses, hospice experience, grief/loss, and the importance of promoting quality at end of life.
